Daniel is a research physician with over 25 years of experience, including molecular biology, vaccine development and managing health programs on regional and national scales. He has developed an extensive network of global health professionals and works with a wide range of organizations to increase the impact of global health investments.
Over the span of his 20-plus year career, Dov has worked on some of the world’s most famous brands and won the industry's most coveted awards. As executive vice president and executive creative director at McCann Global Health, Dov oversees all campaign work and communications for a range of clients including the world’s largest biopharmaceuticals.
Caroline has been working in healthcare advertising since 2018, where she found her passion in client relations and brand development. She has worked on multiple launch brands, and has supported a variety of clients including Takeda, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Daiichi-Sankyo, and Novartis. With this experience, Caroline is well-versed in launch scenario planning, disease state education campaigns, and supporting branded initiatives.
As a brand strategist, Cassidy finds passion in uncovering the human problems that contribute to the challenges her clients face. Cassidy has a breadth of experience launching and developing strategies for global brands across the healthcare spectrum, including rare disease, vaccines, and non-profit industries.
Dan is a veteran of global and national campaigns for Pfizer, Merck, Boehringer Ingelheim, and more. His portfolio also includes work for consumer brands, including Organic Valley, Hilton, and Volkswagen. As Copy Supervisor at McCann Global Health, Dan puts his wide variety of experiences into action, creating innovative and attention-grabbing solutions to urgent global health challenges.
With a background in both project management and strategy, Dina offers her experience across fields including oncology, rare blood disease, vaccines, and social impact work. At McCann Global Health, Dina is responsible for conducting and distilling research to reach the key insights that drive both our creative campaigns and brand development for the world's leading pharmaceuticals and philanthropic teams.
As a pre-med, Doug discovered he enjoyed writing stories more than scientific formulas, leading to a career in advertising. Over the span of his 20+ year career he’s worked on many famous global pharma brands. At MGH, Doug leads projects ranging from new vaccine launches to gun safety—always adopting inspired storytelling to make the complicated simple and powerful.
Hilary has over 12 years of advertising experience managing campaigns across various categories such as Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Higher Education and Retail. She is equipped and adept with a strategic lens to guide integrated product launches at a global scale. Here at MGH, she works across both pediatric and adult vaccines guiding client efforts for HCP and Consumer awareness and uptake.
Jessica began her career as Jr. Art Director intern at the McCann Health New York (IGNITE program) before being recruited by MGH as a Jr. Art Director. Jessica helps to create and design a visual identity for a wide variety of campaigns and messaging at McCann Global Health. She aims to create beautifully crafted work intended at inspiring positive change.
Jillian brings experience in healthcare advertising and risk management. Her background is in rare neurological and endocrine diseases as well as vaccines. Her previous work includes branded and unbranded campaigns promoting disease awareness and therapeutics to HCPs, patients, and caregivers. Jillian helped to develop and execute corporate messaging, campaigns, and programs among various accounts for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Kamil Fedko has worked internationally on household name brands driving innovative creative concepts in some of the world’s most competitive markets. Beginning his creative career in San Francisco and growing into senior roles in Warsaw, Poland, Kamil now crafts originative pharmaceutical campaigns as a group art supervisor at McCann Global Health.
Katie is an enthusiastic strategist and behavioral scientist who believes in the transformative power of creativity and the pivotal role it can play in solving the world’s most pressing public health challenges. As strategy director, Katie spearheads work across the private and public sectors, partnering with clients to uncover unique, human insights that unleash influential creative campaigns. Katie holds an MPH from Columbia University.
Melissa Curtis is a Senior Project Manager. She manages scoping, estimating and tracking finances as well as timelines and day-to-day management of projects. With a 15-year history in pharma advertising, she has worked with clients including Pfizer, Takeda, Eli Lilly and CTI BioPharma. Prior to that, Melissa worked in Global Procurement for Abercrombie & Fitch, sourcing everything from gift cards to shopping bags.
Roshan is an experienced healthcare strategist with more than 17 years of expertise. In her work, Roshan carries her expertise in health policy, economics, and access to partner with her clients in developing successful commercialization, marketing, and communication strategies. She currently sits on the Board of Directors at Amref Health Africa, the world’s largest African-based non-profit organization.
Former accredited tv and film producer turned project manager. Shantell has over 10 years of experience in tv production and 5 years in healthcare. She currently works as a Project Manager on Pfizer, Sanofi and Takeda. No 2 days at MGH are the same but the result of delivering excellent work to our clients remains constant.

Tanya has over 14 years of experience and a demonstrated history of leadership in healthcare advertising. Tanya has worked to launch a variety of public health products and therapeutic areas including Vaccines, Women’s Health, Contraceptives, Oncology, HIV Prep, Polio, Opioid Addiction, Alzheimer’s, Asthma, Cardiovascular, Diabetes. Her high attention to detail has helped facilitate the flawless execution of both U.S. and fully integrated global omni-channel campaigns.
As a strategist, Zoe works with global health clients developing and implementing meaningful tactics and strategies to improve business and public health communications for a variety of audiences – from patients to policymakers. Her past work includes projects on vaccinations, behavioral and social change, sustainability, education, and more. She holds an MPH from Columbia Mailman School of Public Health.
